Who loves vacation? All of us, I am sure. I try not to overpack… clothes, shoes, stuff, and then there’s tech. The GoPro, the GoPro Accessories, memory cards, my DSLR camera, lenses, etc. I have been guilty of overpacking my GoPro accessories to use on vacation for a time or two 🙂

Best GoPro Accessories to Have on Your Next Vacation
As my family and I are preparing for a short family vacation to an indoor waterpark, I am trying to just take the minimum when it comes to GoPro accessories. I thought I’d share my GoPro accessories packing list with you, in hopes that you can pack a little lighter and still get all the great shots.
Of course, I will take my GoPro and my Blackout Housing, but here are the accessories I will definitely pack to go along with the GoPro on vacation:
GoPole Bobber
I have been wanting a GoPole Bobber for a while now, and upcoming vacation is the perfect excuse to pull the trigger. Not to mention the price is normally $29.99 and I found it on Amazon for $28.99 with free shipping. SCORE!
Basically, The Bobber is a floating grip for the GoPro. So if you drop it in the ocean while you’re surfing drop it in the wave pool at a waterpark, it won’t be lost and gone forever. I don’t have a handle or grip for my GoPro, so getting a floating one is an added bonus. It comes with a wrist strap too!
GoPro Head Strap Mount
Don’t you know it! I will wear this GoPro Headstrap mount on all the waterslides and embarrass my family like always! I’m not afraid to look like a Nincompoop to get the great footage!
GoPro Suction Cup Mount
The GoPro Suction Cup Mount will be good if you’re going on a road trip or a long car ride for vacation. Capture what’s going on inside the car, or shoot a time-lapse of part of your trip. I use mine right on the inside of the windshield. If you’re going to mount it on the outside of your car (or anywhere kinda dangerous), read up on my 3 keys to Safe Suction cupping first!
GoPro Anti-Fog Inserts
I have never used these GoPro Anti-Fog Inserts before, but I bought them on Amazon for $10 along with my Bobber. It seems like a smart choice for a humid indoor waterpark, and for $10, why not try them out?
If you’re heading anywhere on Spring break soon, I hope you plan to take your GoPro – or any camera that you have – and capture your family’s unforgettable adventures!
